It's almost Halloween...

...and I just finished all the gifts that needed to get done!

...these four were super quick...just grabbed some little black pails from the $ section at Target, some pumpkin chocolates...and then I made these little tags super fast using Journaling Sprouts from Jillibean Soup and the Hauntingly Sweet stamp from Unity...then had the kids sign their names :)

...and these we made using the Spooky Digital Papers and Elements by CreativityByCrystal available at JessicaSprague.com.

...and this was made with the JS Template12 and West 4th Collection both warm and cool papers/labels by Orchard & Broome all available at JessicaSprague.com.

This was the Camryn's coaches gift...two of the girls had to sign their names at the game...but it got done before we gave it to her :) She loved it! It gave her a little black easel too - it looked really nice all together.

It's time for a "DIGITAL SHARE" post...

Its been cold, windy and rainy the last couple of days so I was able to sit inside a create some new digital LOs...this first one is about me and our cat MORRIS - on the first day of school when ALL the kids were finally gone...Morris roamed and roamed throughout the house looking for them - it was just TOO QUIET...and he couldn't figure out where they went.

Credits: Fall Florals Digital Kit by Jessica Sprague, Bunches of Borders, Lots of Labels, Funky Flair Buttons and Au' Natural Elements by CreativityByCrystal all available at JessicaSprague.com (I also used my favorite date stamps by Karla Dudley).

And this LO is my October LO for "Celebrate the Seasons" over at 2Peas. I decided to use photos of my 1/2 Marathon that I ran earlier in the month. This LO is based off a sketch by Nichol Magouirk.

I am just LOVING this new Fall Florals kit - it has some beautiful digital papers...I have already created 3 LOs with it...and I am sure I can come up with a few more :)

Ben's 10!

We had a fun weekend! We took Ben to Silverwood for his birthday - sacrificed a bit since we didn't have my car to drive but we made it there and we had A LOT of fun riding rides...well except this one...while waiting in line Ben and I had no idea what we were in for...

Now I know why Stuart refused to go on it. Ben and I couldn't wait for it to end...and it couldn't end soon enough! Believe me there was alot of self talk on this one! lol (and I needed to talk to Ben thru this one to.)

Ben and Camryn also got to ride their first Roller Coaster - the "Cork Screw".
OMG...Camryn was hilarious, I thought for sure she had peed her pants. She wanted to ride it without any pressure from anyone but she had no idea what she was getting herself into. I was so proud of her!

Then we came across "AFTER SHOCK"
Ben insisted on going on this ride - and once again I had to go because Stuart refused...and well since I wouldn't let Ben go alone...I had to go...and all I can say is OH MY GOD!!!

We didn't get to ride the Ferris Wheel...we finally made our way down to it right as they were closing the park for an hour to get ready for SCARYWOOD...we were able to stay inside the park and eat a "crappy" dinner and an hour later we made our way back over the Ferris Wheel which they never reopened :(

We decided to make our last ride the log ride (I can't remember what its actual name was) but the kids enjoyed it and I am so happy it was out last ride of the night because as soon as it ended there was a downpour!

We headed back to the hotel, got the kids some icecream and now thanks to this weekend Stuart and I will forever have an inside joke about Cheetos! lol

On Sunday morning we left Idaho, and drove back to Spokane and took the kids to the pumpkin patch. Since we didn't have my car they could only choose small pumpkins and not their usual gigantic ones...but they didn't seem to mind. There wasn't alot of room in the trunk and since it wasn't our car I didn't want to get it all dirty...good thing we had lots of towels to put back there.

Monday was Ben's actaully Birthday and he decided he wanted home-made sweet and sour chicken and I truely have the best recipe for this! I do not make it that often, but it is good!

He opened his gift from us and enjoyed spending the evening with his grandparents. This year I didn't have to make a cake or cupcakes...at Ben's request we all enjoyed an ice cream cake!

It ended up being a very late evening - but it was a great evening! I can't believe Ben is 10!

It's Thursday...and its time for...

WHO DOES THAT????

Who sells 3 houses in 3 years...the Dezember's that's who!!! Today's a great day...a day we've been waiting for...for a long time...

We are signing papers today for the sale of our "little house" that's what we've been calling it the last year...mainly because the boys have been sharing a bedroom and mostly because 70% of all our belongings have been in storage since we've moved back from Spokane (April15, 2008).

We are excited to start on the next chapter of our life. We have sacrificed a lot over the last year and a half...and lots of waiting and waiting...but knowing in the end that we'd be able to start rebuilding our new home...which we are just about to do!

Plans have been submitted to the city and once they are approved dirt will begin moving and the construction of our new home will start...which will be VERY SOON :D

On this LO I used the U.R.{...etcetera} Oct '09 Scrapbooking/Collage Kit and just documented all this house selling...lol (oh I almost forgot I also used the Vintage Ledger stamp on this one too!)

...on this next LO I used the stamps from the Scrapbooking/Collage Kit and the brand new Artsy URBAN Collection by Melody Ross for GCD Studios.
